Default How do I allow formatting in a text box in a custom form?

Text boxes can't do formatting like that.

I am making a custom email form in Office 2003 that contains several text
boxes. Is there any way to allow formatting within this text box, as it
appears to be turned off by default. I don't need anything complex, just
bullet points and bold etc.

Any suggestions or is this a limitation of the software itself?
