For some reason I can no longer open a URL in a received email message in
Outlook 2003.

Outlook just seems to hang up with an hour glass curser when I pass my
cursor over Outlook. Internet Explorer never starts and I have to shut down
Outlook in order to continue.

Any idea what happened? This started yesterday and the only changes to the
computer were the Microsoft security updates.
