Turn off e-mail scanning completely. It could be other things as well. Your
firewall, a spam program, etc. The entire error message would help.

I have been getting Error 0x800CCC19 for the last two weeks in OE. Before
that all was working fine. I have PC-Cillin and reduced incoming

sensitivity to low. This did not help. Tried pinging POP3.email server,
