Default Auto archieve settings

Microsoft has been working, diligently on the "dissappearing" old calendar
items. The issue appears to happen to clients using the Office/Outlook 2003
version. There may be a hotfix for this.

For the first question: If you use Exchange Server, your exchange
administrator
can set up automation on the server side to help clean up the old mailboxes.

You can get more information on the Exchange discussion group regarding this
issue.

Hi ,

I have a question . Auto archieve settings only can set at individual
outlook client rite ? Can it set at exchange level as something like
"global
auto archive policy " ?

second, becos some of the users old calendaring keep "dissapear" . Is
there
anyway to monitor / logging the particular users activities?

Thanks in advance.
