Meeting request sent to distribution list with a removed recipient

When my user sends a meeting request now using his distribution list,
he gets an undeliverable from the ex staff member. He has deleted the
distribution list and recreated it, but still gets the undeliverable.
He should make sure he removes the DL name from the autocompletion cache and
then re-resolves the name afresh.
