Default Multiple dates for one meeting

not natively - you can allow them to suggest other dates but not limit it to
a specific other date. Best bet is probably to either send 2 - one for each
date - and tell them to select the one they prefer or send an email asking
them to pick a date then sending the invite. Another option is creating the
meetings, then attaching both to an email and asking them to accept the one
they will attend.

I need to schedule one meeting for two dates and be able to let the
attendees
pick which one to attend. Can I do this using Outlook 2003?
