Just a minor annoyance that started recently. Nothing was installed, and
nothing unusual happened. Maybe an automatic update caused the problem.

Outlook Express will not stay as the default mail handler. I am using
Windows 2000 Professional. I have tried the following:

1. From OE's Tools menu, I clicked Make Default. They do not stay changed.

2. From Internet Options, I changed the defaults to OE. They do not stay
changed.

3. From run, I registered OE with "/reg".

4. In regedit, I verified that the default is MSOE.DLL.
