Take a look here, it may help:

thanks for the suggestions. I didn't find anything that looked like it
would fit my situation in my price range.
I did find this at MS KB.
"Option 2: Copy the Personal Folder (.pst) File
You can use a Personal Folder (.pst) file and copy it from one computer to
another. An issue with this technique is that a .pst file can become very
large; it may be too large to copy to a diskette. In this event, you can use
Windows Backup or another backup utility with the ability to write a file
over multiple disks. "
I seem to remember reading that copying a PST file from one computer to
another is problematic. But this seems to say this is a viable option. For
a simple situation, could I use this option via FolderShare?
Just FYI, I asked Foldershare about this recently. It's not a viable
solution for me, as I have 4 computers that need to be automatically
synced, but it might help someone. Here is their response:
Yes, it is possible to sync your calendar .PST file in FolderShare
just like our archived .PST file. All you have to do is ensure that
you have closed the Outlook application in your local machine for the
calendar data synchronization to initiate.
Microsoft Outlook enables you to easily create a personal folders
backup file containing all of your personal mail, as well as your
calendar events, tasks, and contacts. To learn more about creating
personal folders file (.pst) in Outlook, you can check the Outlook
Help file, and then search for `How to create a .pst file`.
When syncing Outlook with FolderShare, it is important to note that
file conflicts can occur if you have the Outlook program open on more
than one computer at a time. Be sure to close Outlook when not working
on a computer. FolderShare cannot merge existing Outlook data from
different computers, so you will need to decide which of your
computers is the master Outlook source.
Install FolderShare on the computers you wish to synchronize. Then,
with your computers online, go to the `My FolderShare` page on the
FolderShare website, and then select `Sync My Folders`. When prompted,
select the computer and location of the master Outlook.pst file. The
default location of this file is:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data
\Microsoft\Outlook
For each of your syncing devices, create a new folder (you can name it
`Outlook Sync Data`) where the common .pst file will reside. To use
your newly synced .pst file, you will need to tell each computer`s
copy of Outlook where to find it. Open Outlook, select `File`, `Open`
then `Outlook Data File`.
