Default Help downloading mail

You are welcome.

If your ISP is determined not to allow use of external SMTP mail servers
(or use of theirs externally), there's nothing you can do about that
other than switch ISPs.

What you are left with having to use the SMTP mail server of the ISP
that you are currently connecting via. And that can be a nuisance,
especially if you switch connections between ISPs frequently.,
