Default MS Outlook error message: default e-mail folders won't load

Try creating a new mail profile. Go to Control Panel and find the Mail
application (it's under User Accounts in Category View), then click Show
Profiles. Create a new profile and tell Outlook to start with that one. If
it works, you can add your old .PST file to it and you're good to go.

anyone help with this?
