Default Export Labels & Categories

I color code my appointments in Calendar so I see at a glance which ones
will take me out of the office, which ones are with the capo de capo etc.
This is done through the Labels option (Personal, Business, Important, etc.)
It's these labels I want to import into Outlook.

Not sure what you want to do.

plugThere's a tool called Category Manager that allows to export/import
the categories to/from a CSV file. That file type can directly be opened in
Excel. For details please see the link in my signature./plug

I found a message from early 2005 that said one couldn't import / export
labels and categories to another app, in my case excel. I sit on a hearing
board and get the info from another office. It would be great to label all

of
the hearings in excel and then shoot it back in outlook with the labels
intact.
We use Office 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2
