I went this way: "Start-Control Panel-Mail-Profiles-Show Profiles" and found
the following. "The following profiles . . ." and Outlook was highlighted in
the box. At the bottom there was "Always use this profile" and it had
Outlook there also.

Also, if I go to Start-All Programs-Microsoft Office-Outlook 2003 I get the
following messages:
1. Line 298, Char 1, "Error-Libray not found", Code 0, url outlook today

2. "C:\Documents & Settings\Nelson Burns\
Application\data\Microsoft\Addins\Outlvba-dll" is not a valid Office add-in

After furious head scratching, Nelson asked:

| No you didn't mention accounts, that was my mistake. When I try to
| set up a new profile (the current one is "outlook") I get the error
| message "Unknown error 0x80040154". If I could I would uninstall the
| outlook and try to reinstall it but I can't find anywhere where
| Outlook isn't tied to Office.
