My wife is blocked in trying to send or receive email, or output to a network
printer. She has about 400MB in her inbox and about 300MB in her sent folder
(5 years!) She is active in an Ovarian Cancer Digest and keeps a lot of her
mail. If she deletes or moves a lot of the contents of these two folders to
local folders, how do get her back on line?
