when i turn on the laptop, i can sent and receive e-mail..however, when i

off and then log back on i cannot send or receive e-mail error is
0x800ccc0e. any thoughts on how to correct?? thanks. this just started
happening about 3 days ago and i haven't changed any settings or added any
software.
