MSOE.DLL is *not* Outlook Express (MSIMN.EXE) but one of its components.

Your (now) current problem with Outlook (OL) should be posted to an
OL-specific newsgroup...

(e.g., news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...utlook.general )

....though I don't see how running any of Dinesh's commands (which more or
less merely reassert IE as the default browser) would have caused the
problem.

Assuming it's OL 2002 (Office XP) with no OL or Office updates installed,
see this KB article before you post:

"MAPI was unable to load the information service Pstprx.dll" error message
when you upgrade to Office XP:

I'd guess that Method 2 or installing Office XP SP3 (no need to install SP1
and/or SP2) via Office Update
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/of...e/default.aspx) would be your
fix, but it's just a guess.

I'd also make sure the machine was fully up-to-date at Windows Update, as
well (i.e., all critical and recommended updates have been installed).
