Default Contacts in personal folders

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply, but I'm afraid I don't
understand. Why do I have two versions? And where are they? What is a
delivery location folder set? What is an Exchange mailbox? I'm not
even sure how to open a Personal Folders file! I'm self-employed,
working from home. Is there anywhere I can read about these things? -
to save you having to offer a tutorial.

Click ToolsE-mail AccountsNext. Examine the "Deliver new e-mail to the
following location" drop-down at the lower left. That specifies your
"delivery location". click the drop-down. Is there more than one choice?

Click FileData File Management and see if more than one PST is referenced.

There are plenty of tutorials around. http://office.microsoft.com/.
contacts lots of information and does http://www.slipstick.com/ ,
