email tracking problem

Thanks for your reply. I have one more question. Why does not the recipient
have the option to not send a read/delivery receipt? The read/delivery
receipt is replied to sender automatically, the recipient don’t even know it.
How can I have the option displayed?

Not all e-mail servers/providers/clients support this feature. Even if
it does, the recipient likely has the option to not send a read/delivery
receipt. There is nothing you can do about it.
