Default Unable to find contacts for email "To"

When I look there, I have an address book called "Outlook Address Book".
When I look under Contacts in Outlook, under "My Contacts" I see "Contacts"
and "Contacts in ". Is that the same address book? IOW, is
"Outlook Address Book" the same/ linked to "My Contacts/Contacts"?

I transfered my Outlook setting from an XP box with Outlook 2003 to a Vista
box with 2007. My contacts show up under the contacts tab, but they do
not
show up in new emails. The "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book"
option is greyed out for both my Outlook contacts and my downloaded
msn/hotmail contacts.
