How to create new IMAP folder?

Hmmm. A new _root_ IMAP folder? Don't you have to create a new IMAP
account
in order to do that? Other than that, the only thing that I can think of
is
whether you are actually logged in on your IMAP server. AFAIK, you can't
create an IMAP folder unless you are logged in on the server.
