Default Mail Delivery Delay

Diane wrote:

Mail does not show up in the users Inbox for 30 to 45 minutes after a
message was sent to the user. However, if the user clicks a folder
other than Inbox then goes back to the Inbox, the mail will appear
without delay. It's an XP PC running Outlook 2000 connected to an
Exchange server 2003. Has anyone else seen this? I tried removing
and adding back the Exchange service on the PC but it didn't help. Help!
Thanks, Diane
