Default Outlook 2007 - Single email address... multiple users?

Especially if you just want to read - the best solution is going to be to
create a Public Folder on the Exchange server and assign it the address you
want it to receive mail for.

Yes we have an Exchange Server. I"ll do some research on Public Folders.
Thanks for the insight.

With an Exchange Server the best solution would probably be to use a
Public
Folder or perhaps a distribution list. Without one I guess you'd have to
set up a POP account and set up all the users to access it but also set
it
up to leave a copy of the messages on the server.

We just installed outlook 2007 and need to set up a single email
address
for
which multiple users can access.

What is the best approach when I need a single generic email account
which
multiple people will need to access and act upon - simulataneously. No
need
for a calendar or contacts, we are just responding to customer emails.
There
must be others who have the same need and came up with the answer. Any
suggestions?

Sharing calendars was easy.. but this one is baffling.
