Thanks Brian, I created a new profile and pointed to my old .pst file and the
reminders work now.

I loaded MS Office Enterprise 2007 on a new machine I copied my old
.pst file over and pointed to that.
I did try the outlook /cleanreminders and outlook /resetfolders,
which did not fix the problem.... Any help would be appreciated.

Try a new mail profile.
