Of course. Email is the only feature in Outlook which requires
configuration. You can use the rest of the features such as Calendar,
Journal, Notes, and Contacts, without configuring anything.
Who's your internet provider? Verizon? Check out the following:

configured. The configuration is stored in what is called "Outlook
Profile". Kathleen is correct, ask your internet provider for the
