With outlook 2007, you can't rearrange the toolbar button on individual
forms so you'll need to use keyboard shortcuts.

Diane,
I have Outlook 2007. Thank you for the information. The solution seems
simple enough. I'm not a computer whiz and found I was deleting contacts.

completely. If outlook 2007, learn the keyboard shortcuts for save and

This refers to the individual contact screen form. I found lately that
I
miss the save and close and hit the "X" instead. Then later of course,
I
can't find the contact. Can I change this form?
