What happened to my Outlook 2003 proxy settings???

Under XP SP2, I could

tools-accounts-

select "change" for my Exhange Server account,

then,

More Settings-Connection-Exchange Proxy Settings

However, the "Exchage Proxy Settings" button is NOT THERE in Vista, while it
IS there in XP.

What gives??
