Backing up address book
Thanks for the reply Bruce. Those instructions are very clear.

Open the Address Book | Help | About will show you the location of the
Address Book you are using.
In WindowsXP, 2K & 3K, the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default
marked as hidden. To view these files in Explorer, you must enable Show
Hidden Files and Folders under Start | Control Panel | Folder Options |
View.
When you find the file, you can just right click on it and Send To
wherever is easiest for you to burn. To replace it, copy the CD to your
HDD and Import it from a blank Address Book.

I want to try something I've never done before, which is backing up some
files by writing them to a CD. One of the files is the OE address book.
Using the Search feature, I typed the keyword "Address" and got 11 hits,
of which six were labeled as shortcuts. Double-clicking most of these
shortcuts opened up the familiar address book window. However, if someone
can help, I don't know which is the actual file that I want to back up.
Windows XP.
