You might want to take a look at the tools listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp, many of which are free
and can be "printed" to another application instead of on paper.

No...but if you turn your Work Week into 7 days in Calendar Options, the

Week view will show all 7 days in equal size. They will be in columns,
though -- 1 for each day.
