Default changed to broadband & now no snailmail

There should be no problem downloading mail, the most you should have to do
is change your account details to use the SMTP (sending) server owned by
your broadband ISP.

Hi guys,
I have just changed from dial-up to broadband and cannot see a way to log
onto my Virgin net account to download my mail unless I disable the

broadband
and use the Dial-up modem. I know that I can read the mail on web2mail,

but I
do want to download the mails.
Any tips?
