You Windows user profile contains the storage files for all the folders
Outlook Express uses. Each folder has a file name with a dbx extension.
e.g. Outbox.dbx.
To find your store file location
Tools/Options/Maintenance/StoreFolder
Close OE
Using Windows Explorer(ensure that hidden and system files are
viewable-Tools/FoldersOptions/View) navigate to your store profile and
rename the Outbox.dbx file to Outbox.old.
Restart OE, a new Outbox will be created.
