Default Outlook printing plug-in?

there are printer utilities that do better than outlook, but switching off
compressed weekends will also work...

http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp has the 3rd party
utilities.

I use Outlook 2003 as my appointment calendar and for the most part like it
and don't want to switch. I find it's printing options very limited
however. For instance I would like to print my week view as a normal
Sunday-Saturday work week with equal space for each day rather condensed
weekends and would like to have other printing options as well. Is there
any type of a plug-in that would give more diverse printing capability or
failing that, another program that would import Outlook data and give me
these options?

Thanks in advance... Bob
