Hi All,

I have created an Outlook form which contain the fields below. I want to
list these fields 3 times within the form, one section below the other. So
that all three sections are exactly the same, I highlighted all the fields
and used copy/paste. I saved the form as an .ost file but when testing it,
if I type in the first section of fields, whatever I type appears in all
three sections. Can someone tell me how I can copy and paste the fields
without this happening?

Fields:
Ticket Number, Product Type, Problem Type, Content of Ticket, Resolution
Code, Comments and Suggestions
