We are using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP SP2. I have several users
that
were able to type the first couple of letters of an email address in the
To
box when creating an email and have the recipient's entire email address
come
up or several that matched the letters typed in the box.
Now for some reason when they try to type the first few letters of
certain recipients their email address no longer comes up automatically
like
it did before. Even if they retype the entire address it will not
automatically populate the To Box the next time they try it. What would
cause
this to happen and how can I repair it?
