Hi Mike,
That's exactly what I was looking for...! In fact, it solves another
problem. I just set up Outlook 2000 on one my employee's laptop a few days
ago and when she sent me a spreadsheet, I couldn't see it from OE, but when
I opened Outlook, it was there. I'm guessing her Outlook defaulted to RTF
format. When she returns tomorrow, I can verify and change this.

But this raises another question...
If my boss has his Outlook configured to RTF (I can't verify immediately
since he's in another state), then why am I able to see all of his
attachments but not the vCards? We don't have a company server --everyone has
their own ISP. Our email is through godaddy using SMTP relay via each
person's ISP.
