How do I open the message in plain text?

Exactly as Bruce has posted . What you might try and it works for some but
not for all is to try and open the message in Plain Text mode and see if
those attachments will open correctly while in that mode.. Like I said it
works for some. You can also ask your friend who uses AOL to send the email
with attachments to you in Plain Text and you also read it in Plain Text
versus HTML.

Give it a shot . It may or may not work
