Outlook Banter - View Single Post - how do I update the fields in an appointment from website

I would like to update and appointment that I will send out from a website
how can I update the fields before I call the appointment up to open so that
It will open with all the fields I want filled in. I have save a VCS card
and ICS card. but how can I update them from the web page fefore I call the
card.
