In Outlook, I have one "Contacts" folder.
But when I open the Address Book and click on the "Show Names from the..."
box, there are two different lists of contacts. I have no idea how this
happened. Both were named "contacts" until I re-named one of them
"contacts1". They are definitely 2 different lists. (There are some
duplications, but probably because I've added them over time.)
I am not currently at that particular computer, but I'm pretty sure it is
Outlook 2002.
Thanks,
Diane

What exactly do you mean by 2 "lists"?

How do I combine two separate lists of names/addresses that are both in
the
one Contacts folder. I have not been able to copy and paste them -
apparantly b/c they are in the same folder.
