My menu option and toolbar button have vanished. I have no way to
send/recieve email via outlook 2003. When I look at the email accounts and
try to change the default I get "The specifiec Account was not found. It
might have been deleted." I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled with no
effect. I removed the Accounts restarted and put back one ID with the same
effect.
