Cannot originate emails from Outlook 2003
You get that when you try and create a new profile?

I think that since you can't create a new profile at all it is the
latter.
You've tried a repair so now try an uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes
that
gets what a repair doesn't.

it doesn't give me a hint as to WHAT item might have been
deleted.
I'm using imap off a local server. Not using Exchange server.

machine
is running XP pro with all the latest updates. Any assistance
