I used to be able to create new folders in Outlook Express, but now I get a
general, unhelpful error message that "an error has occured" whenever I try
to create a new folder. Anyone have any ideas on what to do to correct this?
I am running Windows XP Home Edition, IE 6, and Outlook Express 6.
