Default How to change fields in outlook 2003?

This is a very basic start:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...697341033.aspx
I suggest you browse for one of the many books available that will have info
on creating custom forms and custom fields.

I would like to change or add a field in outlook 2003 such as adding a
field
called "Number of employees" under "Company" in the General view of a
contct
card. Is this possible?

If it is, how can I show this change in the general view of all contacts?

If this is not possible in 2003, is it possible in the 2007 version of
outlook? Thank you.
