Default Excel and Outlook Express

Hello Sidney,

I have never used Outlook.

Assuming you are trying to get names, addresses etc. from Excel into Windows
Address Book.

Address Book can be open from Outlook Express or selecting Start on Desktop,
on its menu select Programs, on it's expanding menu select Accessories, on
it's expanding menu choose Address Book.

Either way, in Address Book dialog window choose File, on it's menu select
Import, on it's expanding menu choose Other Address Book.

This should display Address Book Import Tool dialog window, notice various
options available.

Excel is not on the list, however Text File (comma separated values) is.

My suggestion is to save Excel file as a .csv file then import it.
