What is listed? Is it listed but greyed out? Where are you right clicking the sender's address?

After furious head scratching, coin asked:

| I know that in Outlook 2003 I am supposed to be able to right click
| on the senders name and hit "Add to contact list" to add the sender
| to addressbook. But when I right clikc, that option is not listed...
