Right click each additional contacts folder, select properties and under the address book tab, mark each one as an Outlook Address Book.

reading.

After furious head scratching, macro asked:

| I have names in "Contacts" and also in sub-folders in Contacts such
| as "My Street". I want to create a list uing the names in "My Street"
| but I am only offered the first level "Contacts" to choose from -
| none of the sub-folders appear for me to use.
| Any thoughts appreciated.
