I have configured the Exchange 2003 in our orgnigation.Every thing is
working fine.
I have configured the POP3 and SMTP mail services to send and receive mails
for users. We are using Outlook 2003.
The problem is when users received a mail with attachment, he can able to
modify the attachment. The Outlook also saving the attachment with out any
orguments. This is the problem iam facing from last 2 days. Previously iam
not checked this one.
Please give me a solution to resolve this issue. If the trying to save the
attachemnt the Outlook has to give only save as option.
