Win XP SP2 - Outlook Express Contacts/Messages Recovery?

I have a Dell Laptop that is having some issues. Recently, (by request of
Dell) I backed up my system and did a re-installation. I made back up
copies
of everything except one thing... my email and my contacts. UGH! My
question
is, is there anyway for me to restore those files from Outlook Express so
that I can at least get my contacts back? I'm not so concerned about the
email, although that would be nice to have back to, but I would really
like
to get my address book recovered. Does anyone know if this is possible and
if
so, which files should I look for on my backup?
