I recently downgraded from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2003 because the Microsoft
CRM toolbar is not compatible. Now the 2003 starts up with error msg and will
only work in safe mode, it does appear to work fine, but i have noticed that
there is a quick 'migating accounts window' before starting up and there are
no disabled items on the 'about outlook'. This problem is driving me nuts,
has anyone got any suggestion on what can be done to fix it? I have updated
to the latest patches
