Default removing add-ins

First, look in HelpAbout Microsoft Office OutlookDisabled Items. Does it
show there? Second, open Windows Explorer and in the Address field, enter

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

for WIndows XP and

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

for Vista and click Go. You should see a file named extend.dat there. With
Outlook closed, delete that file.

I went to their website and downloaded the current version of the
software which did not fix the problem.


After the above, reinstall this software and see if things have improved.
