Word document text in body of E-mail

Office 2003, Windows XP SP2.
I would like to send an E-mail from word and have the word document
sent as the body of the E-mail, not as an attachment. Anyone know
how
to make this happen? Thanks in advance.

So what happens when you open the doc in Word and use the File - Send
menu?
