Default Unwatch a post

You're welcome. Glad it's fixed.

Yes Bruce, only that newsgroup. I followed your suggestion and fixed the
problem.

Many thanks to you and all who replied.

Does it only happen in that one newsgroup and no others? Unsubscribe,
compact your folders, reboot and re-subscribe. See if that helps.

Click on Outlook Express at the top of the folder tree so no folders are
open. Then: FileWork Offline (or double click Working Online in the
Status Bar).
FileFolderCompact all folders. Don't touch anything until the
compacting is completed.

Gentlemen,
The only thing that is red is the the Newsgroup title. If I check "show
all messages" and click on the eyeglasses, nothing comes up, so I can't
uncheck it. I've not had this problem before. The group is
rec.photo.digital. If the message has been removed, does that mean that
the Group title remains red forever?

How old is it? For this newsgroup, I believe posts are currently
retained on the server for 90 days. Once removed, you will not see them
again. At least not here.

How can I unwatch a post that I can no longer see, even after
selecting view.....show all files?
