Default syncing calenders

I have two computers, a laptop and a desktop. I have MS outlook 2007 on both
computers. How can I setup outlook to automatically sync the info I enter
into one calender on one computer to the other calender onto the other
computer? I don't want to continue entering the same info I entered in my
calender on my laptop and then again onto my desktop. Both computers are
networked.
